|
Eterpan board is a fibre cement flat sheet, which is known for its strength, versatility and durability.
Eterpan board is manufactured from a
homogeneous mixture of cement, organic cellulose fibres and selected mineral fillers. Cement and quartz are the principal elements of the mixture where they react during autoclaving process, and building up the strength of product.
Fibres are added to enhance the strength of Eterpan board by means of the interaction of fibres, cement and quartz matrix. The mineral fillers provide intrinsic strength for the board and thus is necessary for product characteristics.
The asbestos-free board is then autoclaved for at least 16 hours to form the dimensionally stable finished product, with Eterpan board trademark and production information printed on the back surface. Eterpan board is a big family, which includes Eterpan MD, Eterpan LD, Cili Eterpan, Jiabi Eterpan and Siding Eterpan. Each has its designate area of applications, which is further elaborated in following sections.
